OLUBADAN CORONATION: Morolake Cares Initiatives Felicitates Oba Lekan Balogun

The founder, Morolake Cares Initiatives, Rolake Laniyan has felicitated 42nd Olubadan of Ibadan land, Oba Dr. Moshood Olalekan Ishola Balogun, Alli Okunmade II on the ascension of Olubadan’s throne.

Laniyan conveyed her greetings on behalf of foundation’s team in a statement issued and signed by its media spokesperson, Hammed Hamzat.

Laniyan described the ascension of Oba Dr. Balogun as divine and historic, being the second from Alli Iwo Compound.

“It took the raw grace of God to become Olubadan of Ibadan land considering the ladders in the two lines monarch must climb. It is indeed a new dawn in Ibadan. As a true daughter of Ibadan land; I am extremely happy we have the first Ph.D holder as monarch. May Ibadan and entire Nigeria witness landmark development with peace under the reign of 42nd Olubadan of Ibadan land, Oba Dr. Lekan Balogun”
